This will make a very good lunch or dinner. Just make sure that you keep the flame in high. Thats what stir fry is all about.
INGREDIENTS:
- Chinese egg noodles - 4 ounces
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Small onion - sliced length wise in long strips
- Garlic-Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
- Carrot one - peeled lengthwise with a peeler
- French cut beans - 1/4 cup
- Half Red bell pepper- cut lenghthwise in long strips
- Soy sauce - 1 1/2tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
- Bring a pan of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until just tender.
- Drain and toss with 2 tbsp of oil.
- Heat the remaining oil in a wok, add the onion and ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the Beans and stir fry for 3 more minutes.
- Add bell peppers and carrot peels.
- Add sauces and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the noodles and toss well in the gravy.
Noodles ready...............
