Stir Fried Noodles


This will make a very good lunch or dinner. Just make sure that you keep the flame in high. Thats what stir fry is all about.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chinese egg noodles - 4 ounces
  2. Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
  3. Small onion - sliced length wise in long strips
  4. Garlic-Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
  5. Carrot one - peeled lengthwise with a peeler
  6. French cut beans - 1/4 cup
  7. Half Red bell pepper- cut lenghthwise in long strips
  8. Soy sauce - 1 1/2tbsp
  9. Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  10. Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  11. Salt to taste

METHOD:

  • Bring a pan of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until just tender.
  • Drain and toss with 2 tbsp of oil.
  • Heat the remaining oil in a wok, add the onion and ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add the Beans and stir fry for 3 more minutes.
  • Add bell peppers and carrot peels.
  • Add sauces and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add the noodles and toss well in the gravy.

Noodles ready...............
